Dog X-ray and Ultrasound

Diagnostic imaging is a great tool for identifying the cause of illness in cats and dogs. Our veterinarians are skilled in the acquisition and interpretation of x-rays.

How do you use x-ray and radiology services at your clinic?

X-rays are used to get a better look at the internal structures of your dog or cat. We use x-ray to find broken bones, masses, fetal skeletons, amongst other things.

How should I prepare my dog for their x-ray appointment?

When a veterinarian recommends x-rays for your pet, they will give you instructions on whether or not your dog should be fasted (withheld from food) prior to your appointment.
